No solo la gente de bajos recursos salió a cortar las calles por la interrupción de los servicios como se muestra en algunos medios.
La Defensoría del pueblo salió al cruce luego de estos acontecimientos para exigir a la EPE una respuesta por los perjuicios a la ciudadanía, hecho que muestra más bronca en la gente, ya que, la Defensoría del Pueblo protege los intereses de la provincia de Santa Fe y el de las grandes Empresas en primer lugar, el abuso de las grandes proveedoras de servicios de telefonos es una de ellas.


Por último en la ciudad de Buenos Aires la Justicia dictó un fallo para retrotraer el precio de los subtes a $1.10 luego del aumento que lo elevó a $2.50, mientras tanto en la ciudad de Rosario la defensoría del pueblo no salió a pedir informes sobre la suba del boleto del transporte urbano a $2.50.
